The bridge between Meta and your box office.

Your Instagram and Facebook ads see real ticket sales and seats left. We open the ad account and pixel for you, every performance becomes an ad, and an AI autopilot steers the budget every morning and explains each decision.

An ad for every performance

Catalogue ads city by city: a square photo with the date and venue on it, and a tap opens the seat map of that very performance.

An autopilot with limits

Each morning it reads spend, clicks, tickets sold and seats left, moves the budget within the total you set for the show and switches weak ads off. It writes down why.

Learns from your own sales

Purchases on your own website are sent from our server, so Meta finds your buyers, not a marketplace's.

Set up for you

One sign-in. The rest is done for you.

Connect your Instagram and Facebook Page once. We open the ad account and the pixel for you, in your currency and time zone, and place the pixel on your website. A five-line checklist shows that everything is ready, and says what to do if anything is not.

  • Nothing to create or paste on the Meta side
  • Someone else holds the Facebook account? Send them a one-time link
  • EU ads carry the declaration Meta requires, filled in from your legal name
  • Meta's audience terms accepted once, for you

Content

A post a day, without writing one.

Every morning there is a fresh image for your soonest show on sale, with a caption and hashtags in your language, written in the style of your own feed. Publish it with one tap or put it on a schedule; sold-out shows are skipped.

  • Stories in the right shape, published with one press
  • A media vault for your photos and videos, labelled by shape, bound to productions or dates
  • Each file shows where it ran, what it spent and the tickets it sold
  • Your real Instagram posts on your website

Launch

Five steps, and most of them are already filled in.

Pick a performance from a list that shows seats left, days to go and sales pace. Your trailer and texts are suggested from the show itself, never with invented prices or reviews. The rest is decided for you, and the review step says so.

  • Objective: ticket sales, measured on your website
  • People near the venue, from its own address
  • The click lands on that performance's seat map
  • The sold-out guard and the showtime stop are attached to every show ad

Catalogue ads

Every performance becomes an ad, city by city.

One switch turns your schedule into a catalogue: one card per performance, a square photo with the date and venue written on it, and a tap that opens that night's seat map. The budget moves to the cities that sell; new cities join and finished ones pause by themselves.

  • "Last tickets" five days before curtain
  • Marked out of stock the moment the last website seat sells
  • Prices "from" exactly as your website shows them
  • Your public discount codes shown as offers

Autopilot

An autopilot that reads your seats, not just your clicks.

Every morning it reads Meta's spend and clicks next to the tickets your box office actually sold, the seats left and the days to curtain. Then it keeps, raises or lowers the budget, switches weak ads off, and writes down why, in your language.

  • At most 25% up or down a day, never above your ceiling
  • Never raises a total you set; give the show one total and it spends it until curtain
  • Switches off at most half the ads in a set, never the last one, never the best seller
  • Ask it now for a preview; a change you make by hand puts it on hold

Spend safety

You cannot overspend on a show.

Ads for a show stop by themselves when there is nothing left to sell or no reason to keep going. You do not need to watch them.

  • Paused within seconds when the last website seat sells, online or at the box office
  • Ended at curtain
  • Stopped when the show's total is spent; the total is also Meta's own spending cap
  • Every launch and change checked against your account's spending limit, with a 30-day forecast

Audiences

Audiences built from your own box office.

Start near the venue, then add the people who already know you: your website's buyers, its visitors, your Instagram engagers. Leave out the ones who have just bought, or reach people who look like your best buyers.

  • Rings of 5 to 40 km around the venue
  • Lookalikes of buyers, visitors or engagers, 1 to 10%
  • Interests described in your own words, matched to Meta's list
  • Lead forms: "tell me when it comes to my city", each lead with its promo code

Measurement

Measured in tickets, not in Meta's guesses.

Purchases on your website are sent from our server, with consent, so Meta learns from your real buyers. Your Ads tab shows tickets and revenue from your box office, with Meta's own figures underneath, and the return as a range: what is proven, and what it could be.

  • When your pixel also sits on partner ticket sites, new campaigns learn from your own sales only
  • Campaigns, ad sets and ads in one tree, with each ad's own results
  • Every link tagged by campaign, performance and creative
  • Ad spend billed at cost on your SellTickets invoice

Everything in Instagram Marketing.
