Email marketing from USD 1 per 1,000 e-mails.

No monthly subscription: in a month you do not send, you pay nothing. Mailing Studio is built into your box office, so your lists are always up to date with every buyer, every show and every consent. Nothing to import, export or sync.

Pay as you send

Most email tools charge for the size of your list every month. Here you pay only for the e-mails you send.

Always up to date

Every buyer and every consent arrives by itself, from the website and the box office.

AI writes with you

AI drafts the campaign or suggests what to send next. You decide what goes out.

Templates

More than fifty templates written for shows.

Season launches, last seats, premiere invitations, monthly programmes, gift vouchers, gala nights, 48-hour flash sales, "we miss you". Every template opens already dressed in your colours, logo and language, so the first draft looks like you before you type a word.

  • Eight families: announce, invite, newsletter, sell tickets, thank you, welcome, grow your audience, seasonal
  • Save any design as your own template, for the next campaign, automation or ticket e-mail
  • Brand Kit e-mail settings shared by every e-mail you send
  • Paste your own HTML if you already have a design

Built from your site

Your shows, your schedule, your posters: already in the e-mail.

Pick a show and its poster, dates, venue and price drop in from your website. A schedule block lists your upcoming dates for one event, one venue or everything, and is read again when the e-mail goes out, so sold-out and closed dates never appear.

  • Show cards, event schedules for the next 7 to 90 days, countdowns, video, columns, social links
  • Wallet buttons in ticket e-mails: add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  • Preview on desktop and phone, test to up to ten addresses
  • Each reader gets it in their own language: subject and words can be translated

Micro-audiences

Write to exactly the right people.

Combine what people bought, where they go and how much they spend: "bought Hamlet, not yet the spring tour, has been to the İstanbul venue, spent over USD 100". Every buyer from the website and the box office is already there with the consent they gave, and the count shows who can be mailed and why the rest cannot.

  • Bought or did not buy a show or a performance, visited a venue or a city, number of orders, money spent, tags, customer since, combined with AND and OR
  • Any filter on the Customers page saved as an audience and read again at every send, or frozen as a list
  • Newsletter sign-ups confirmed by double opt-in; readers choose new shows, offers, reminders or news
  • Your own list imported as contacts, who join once they subscribe or buy

Sell

Every e-mail can carry a personal code.

The coupon block creates a one-time code for each reader as the e-mail reaches them, tied to their address. "Use my code" puts it straight into their basket.

  • The expiry date printed in the e-mail
  • Codes handed out, used, still usable and expired, per campaign
  • Every link tagged with the campaign for your web analytics

Automations

Six e-mails that send themselves.

Switch on the moments that matter and set the wait. Each e-mail checks again just before it goes: consent, the reader's topic choices, and whether there is still something to buy.

  • A basket left behind, skipped when nothing in it is still on sale
  • A welcome series in one click: straight away, after 3 days, after a week, skipped once they buy
  • After the show, to everyone who held a ticket; after check-in at the door
  • On their birthday, and when a seat hold runs out unpaid

AI

AI drafts. You decide.

Describe the campaign in a sentence and AI builds the draft from your templates, in the voice of the e-mails you have sent before. Dates and prices come from your shows and are never typed by the model. Or ask what to send next: it reads what is on sale, how full it is and who you wrote to recently, and proposes what, why, when and to whom.

  • Suggested audiences are real rules, counted: how many match and how many can be mailed
  • Nothing goes out until you have reviewed it
  • Paid per use: a campaign written, a suggestion, a press release. Prices in the table below

Press releases

Press releases from your own catalogue, sent to the press.

Describe the release and pick the shows: AI drafts it from your own dates, venues and credits, and lists anything it cannot verify for you to check before it can be approved. It goes out on your letterhead as a PDF and a Word file.

  • Your media contacts and lists, plus the SellTickets press book of journalists
  • Embargoes, scheduled sending, one-click opt-out for journalists
  • A Press Zone on your site: productions, cast, dates, and HD photos and videos for journalists you approve
  • Who opened it, who visited the Press Zone and what they downloaded

Deliverability

From your own domain, and kept clean.

Campaigns go out from your own verified domain, signed with DKIM, SPF and DMARC. We watch it around the clock; if it ever breaks, your team is told and mail moves to a safe sender, so tickets still arrive.

  • Checks before every send: sender, subject, unsubscribe link, plain-text version, size, image text. Anything red holds the send
  • One-click unsubscribe and a "Choose what you get" page
  • Bounces, complaints and addresses that keep refusing go on your do-not-mail list by themselves
  • Results per campaign: opens, clicks, each link, each recipient, with security scanners filtered out

Pay for the e-mails you send. Not for the size of your list.

Most e-mail tools charge every month for the number of contacts you keep. Mailing Studio comes with your SellTickets package: no second subscription, and you pay only as you send.

Mailing Studio A typical e-mail subscription
Monthly fee None Every month, whether you send or not
Contacts Unlimited, on every package Capped by your plan
E-mails a month No cap: you pay per e-mail sent A monthly sending limit per plan
The price grows with The e-mails you send The contacts on your list
A month with no campaigns USD 0 The full fee
Your list Updated by every sale and every consent Imported and kept in sync by you
Shows, dates and prices Pulled from your events Typed in by hand
Ticket and order e-mails Free, designed in the same studio Another system

Example on Venue or Touring: a 10,000-person list mailed twice in a month is 20,000 e-mails, USD 20. The next month you send nothing and pay nothing.
